Chocolate or Vanilla

Hi all! so i've been feeling very creative lately.. that i actually got some stuff done!

because i've watched all of my shows more than once i decided to watch Americans next top model, also that was what kept us amused while we were in Vietnam as well.

but the show just got me so inspired to take photos.. and to model LOL! but we totally suck at that. 

either way, here are some photos we took recently.

BUT! that was actually at the park. the councel has decided to put in some light weight gym equipment at the parks now.. which i think if an awesome idea. i dont think you need to pay to be fit.. though i guess you would have to pay if u wanted to be built..
its still a nice idea.

it was also Ryan's 21st birthday this week, so i stayed up all night trying to draw him a picture =)
it doesnt look like him cause of tone.. but i really didnt wanna colour his face in =(!!
and.. man he has the tiniest eyes!!! far out.

Another show i've fallen in love with is 'Switched at birth'. Its about 2 families who discovers their daughters weren't actually their biological daughters and that they were 'switched at birth'.. so their whole world turns upside down. the whole switched at birth thing is a little predictable at first.. so the first 2 episodes were a bit dull.. but because one of the girls is deaf, they introduced a whole new thing into the world of television. it shows the world and prospective of a deaf person, how they would answer the phone, how they see the doorbell..
Well it just makes me want to learn how to sign :) i just think its such a beautiful language
So my goal is to be able to learn the basics of how to sign..

This is actually one of the actors from the show as well.

Anyways, about my title, i was thinking about all those survey questions they have on blogs, facebook, emails.. lol you know those ones we use to send to eachother..
well the question Chocolate or Vanilla was on my mind.. cause Dave usually chooses vanilla..
and i just keep thinking.. WHO CHOOSES VANILLA!!! lol..
it then leads me to my irrational hate for vanilla..
so i decided to list my food pet peeves..

Food Pet Peeve
1) i've complained about this before but again when you have 30 choices of flavours to choose from.. i really have no idea why anyone would choose vanilla when you can just a 4 liter tub of vanilla from woolies for the same price. i just think they are boring!

i recently had some vanilla ice cream the other day.. and the taste also makes me mad.. LOL!

2) when i have a fruit plater, i can not eat a fruit that has been touching the citrus fruits.. so when they bring out watermelon and orange and they are touching.. i cant eat the watermelon. i just hate that the orange over powers the watermelon making this weird combined taste. but i will be able to eat the orange cause it tastes normal.

3) i have the same thing with lemons, but a little more obsessive, i hate when there is a garnish lemon touching my food.. and i cant stand having lemon juice on my hands..(but i'll deal with it) or fresh lemon juice, i'd rather die of thirst.... lol

4) Sprite makes me mad as well.. i hate Sprite! i think the last time i had some i was yelling at it for ages cause the taste annoys me.

5) YELLOW EGGS!! they scare the crap out of me!!!

see the difference.. apparently they are called 'white' egg yolks, nothing is wrong with them, they taste just like normal, they just lack pigment and are extremely rare..
but i cant even look at them, or cook with them.. my parents get our eggs from organic farmers markets sometimes.. so we get a big batch of white eggs.
it just gives me the creeps.. like ghost eggs or something lol.
