Got myself something very very very handy.. i have so much tea at home now that i really needed this :)
i got it from hot dollar for about $20, there are smaller ones for cheaper as well, but i have so much tea!!!
And!! Green tea & White chocolate mousse
i kept dreaming about something.. and woke up remembering how much matcha powder i had thanks to stella!! :)
and thought, why dont i try to make some mousse!? i always make it, but i wanted to add a little twist to it by using matcha powder as well.
i did have some trial and errors, like the little black dots in the mousse, thats cause the matcha powder didnt dissolve properly. i then did the most craziest thing and broke a rule in my cooking rulebook.. which was to add water to chocolate..
but!! it actually turned out! i am so very very very surprised at that.. it doesn't taste bitter or overly sweet!! yay!
