So heres one thing i wanted to cook in my list, coddled egg!
Coddled eggs are simply just a way to gently cook an egg. there are 2 methods, 3 if you count pouching eggs.
i decided to made it in the shell, but if you noticed.. the egg whites didn't hold its shape :( BUT! the yolk was just the way i wanted it..
i cooked the eggs below boiling point in some salted water for about 8 minutes, my mistake was not having the water completely cover the eggs, so the part that wasn't in the water was still raw :(
I love eating runny egg yolk, its one of the things that gives me foodgasims.. =D
