Vietnam: The Food, part 1

Being in another country was awesome, and being able to try new things and eat authentic food was great.
But another thing that was awesome was very cheap but beautiful fine dining..
this was one of our favorite restaurants, we went here 5 days in a row and ate almost everything on the menu.
The food here was a mixture between Italian and Vietnamese dishes.
this was one of the best entrees they have, it was a dill and crab meat stuffed avocado with grilled salmon
 YUMM!!!
we got very very cheap drinks there.
rabbit meat stew, i couldnt eat this.. just the thought of rabbit meat makes me feel weird.. cause i use to have like 13 rabbits as pets..
but other than that, it was actually nice, without gagging at the thought of eating my pets, it tasted like chicken.. just a little more tough.
lamb dish, i can not remember what sauce that was, but it was different.
 chicken with coke sauce
 creme brulee
tiramisu, this one wasn't great, for tiramisu at least. it was a dark chocolate mousse with a hint of brandy and coffee on top of a thin layer of sponge cake.
banana crepe, this was really too sweet.
BEST PUMPKIN SOUP EVER!!! so creamy with bacon crisps in it
 cocktails!!
 creme bulee with no cream
passion fruit cheesecake, doesn't taste like passion fruit, but it does taste a little more sour than usual.. which is awesome!
lana drinking her cocktail.. lol (no alcohol age limit, not that there was any alcohol in that drink anyways)
 tomato soup
cheese board, im not the biggest fan of cheese, i actually dont really like cheese, but this was a nice thing to try.. there was 2 cheeses there however that made me feel gross!
 JD n coke
 hot chocolate
 french onion soup
tom yum soup, all the asian food here were amazing..
salmon bruschetta, this was amazing! i've never had a bruschetta this great
 cheeseburger!
lol! i have no idea what this is, my brother ordered it..
 tomato fettuccine
 seafood pizza
and more pasta.

There was another place we went to near our hotel, it was a fusion place, Vietnamese and western cuisine
a small place called Aiya! LOL cute name..

 crispy noodle chow mien
spaghetti bolognese, note, dont order western food at a place that has beautiful vietnamese food, (i blame the cravings for pasta tho.. )
ice chocolate, they have weird chocolate here..
spaghetti carbonara, they use condense milk, so its so oddly sweet!
 dim sims
 macaroni
 onion rings
hot corn salad with salted egg, after realising i should've been ordering pasta here, i decided to order something Vietnamese, and it was yummy!

FISH ICE CREAM! obviously not fish flavored.. lol
 and panda ice cream.. hahaha
 DOESNT LOOK LIKE A PANDA!

my uncle took us a beautiful buffet nest his place
it costed us 10$ per person.
it was full of beautiful sculptures.. imagine having to make these on a weekly or daily basis? cause it looked frikin fresh man
and the most amazing food ever. they had pasta, sea sails, traditional Vietnamese food like viet pancakes, pho and all sorts of stuff..
this was at the buffet too, it looks like street food, but i love that they were cooking and serving it as traditional street food would be served.

this was their wine making thingo.. lol
 jackfruit fermented wine..

i'll turn this into 2 blogs, cause its so long!!
